I've been dreaming about a new kitchen, either remodeling my old one or buying a new house and remodeling that kitchen...while neither of those might not be an actual option, I came across this lovely typographic and graphic screen print from PopChart Labs. This might come in handy when I'm trying to figure out new recipes and further develop my undeveloped skill of cooking/baking. It's only $25 bucks and screenprinted in shiny copper ink!...So pretty!
Monday, December 13, 2010 Tweet The lovely Leah Andrews of Elle Events is a very talented Event Stylist and Coordinator in the Southern California area. She styles weddings, corporate events and private parties with panache, elegance and a bit of whimsy! With such a vibrant personality and range of style, I had the unique challenge and privilege of designing her logo and calling card layout. I had to consider both masculine and feminine aspects of the design and color palette to fit the range of her clientele. The result was a minimalist design and layout, a sultry gray and bold yellow palette, and a classic quatrefoil pattern on the back.

Friday, October 22, 2010 Tweet In September, I had the privilege of designing Baby Shower invitations for a beautiful mother-to-be. The venue was the ultra-chic SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA at Tres for High Tea. Inspiration for the invites came from the Dwell Studio theme Emmy chose for Raspberry's room (nicknamed Raspberry because she was around that size when Emmy learned she was pregnant!), also from here and here. It was a very classy, fun, and yummy celebration! Raspberry was definitely honored in high-fashion and style!
